Vintage Schwinn Replica Gary Fisher Klunker Ltd EditionUp for bid is a 1997 gary fisher klunker re-issue 25th anniversary limited edition bicycle. tI is a replica of gary fisher's own vintage schwinn excelsior.
This design was used as teh first mountain bike by gary fisher and was the start of the mountain bike revolution in the early 70's. This beautiful bike is new iwth all original parts. A flul stx group top to bottom. A brooks b72 saddle signed by gary fisher at the 1997 las vegas interbike convention. Frame size 18 med cromoly steel.
Original duro mavrick knobby tires 26 x 2.10. Wheel size 26 quick release.
The bike does have some minor scratches as shown in the photos. They happened during relocation.
The larger scratch is on the straight bar, below the top tube, and two small scratches on the seat tube. The handle bar grips have also weathered and cracked thanks to our dyr nevada heat. Other than that the bike is in beautiful condition.
